BusinessWorld:Insurers becoming stricter on claims
0A survey undertaken by the Irish Brokers Association has revealed that 95pc of brokers from throughout Ireland say that the current environment has led to insurers becoming much stricter on claims payments. The results would indicate that consumers who deal directly with insurance companies are less likely to be paid or are likely to receive a lower settlement in the event of a loss.
