Peter has worked in the financial service sector for over 30 years, initially in general and life insurance.

He established Business Talk, Ireland’s only public relations agency specialising in the financial services sector, in 2003. In addition to its suite of PR services, Business Talk offers its expertise in brand and media relations advice to a range of corporate and SME clients in the banking, insurance, tax, and related business sectors. Peter is an experienced media trainer, moderator, and conference host.

In that time, Kerrie has worked with a vast array of indigenous and international clients in a multitude of industries including financial services, property, technology and professional services. Kerrie is a skilled copywriter and communications strategist, as well as an experienced consultant in the areas of both pro-active and re-active PR.

Louise joined Business Talk in 2022 following 20 years as a leading business and personal finance journalist. Louise was personal finance editor with ‘The Sunday Independent’ for 15 years, and previous to that was a personal finance correspondent with the Sunday Business Post.


Joanne Shelley Director, Marketing Services

Joanne runs our Marketing Services division. She has over 20 years’ experience working across traditional & digital marketing and strategic business development.

She provides advice on how to use commercially focused marketing initiatives to bring brands to life, impact change and contribute to an increase in bottom line revenue. Joanne also works with clients to develop their business development and customer care activity, putting in place marketing supports to develop and build customer listening programmes and winning business cultures.
